We are happy to take most returns within 30 days, although we would rather help if there is something wrong with your order. Items that are returned can either be refunded, exchange for items of the same value or replaced with new. You Can contact us for help with returns
My item is broken:
Broken items will be replaced or refunded. We often require broken items to be returned so that we may assess the damage (in case of a problem with the product line) orif they have a scrap value. Often a photo of the damage can be helpful.
There is a mistake with the engraving / personalisation:
Items that are personalised cannot be resold. If you have made a mistake in the engraving details (proved by our records) we will not take responsibility for this butwill try to assist you in coming to an agreement. Please check all engraving details and make your message clear. Occasionally, we may make an error in engraving that is missed by our staff. We will behappy to replace or refund our mistakes. Please contact us if you require help with your personalisation. Personalised items are usually refunded with a 20% fee for loses, except where it is our error.
My item was not what I expected:
We try to show all products in an honest and clear way but if you are not happy with your item, please contact us and we can discuss how we can help you.
Failure to collect items / failed delivery attempt:
Failure to collect items from the postage office or rearrange delivery with our couriers is not our responsibility. Where items are sent back to us we will charge a fee for redelivery. If failure to deliver if the fault of the post office we will resend your item.
Please note that many of our couriers take photographic evidence of carding and delivery attempts.
My item did not arrive:
If your item does not arrive, please contact us to let us know. From time to time, items are lost in the post or returned by customs. We will do what we can to help if this situation arises.
