Return Policy


 

Personalised Items

Items that have been personalised cannot be returned or refunded.  If, on the odd occasion, our engravers have made any mistakes, we will give you a full refund including postage.  Your order will be checked to ensure you have entered the engraving details correctly.  Please check your engraved orders for spelling mistakes, capitalisation and ensure the message is not too long for the item. We will not refund your errors. You are always welcome to email us to confirm engraving details if you are unsure.

If items arrive damaged in any way then we will issue a refund.  You may be asked to return goods, even if they are damaged.

 

Plain items

Items that have not been personalised with engraving or a photo may be returned as sold for a refund.or store credit.  However, we do reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee and will not refund postage.

If items are damaged or returned due to our mistake, a full refund will be given.  Although we accept no responsibility for your errors, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with your returns. 

 

Failure to collect items

We will not issue any refund for items that have not been collected at the post office or for couriered items where a card has been left and you have failed to arrange another delivery.  We understand that it is sometimes hard to take deliveries during the week, but please consider using an alternative address if you are not prepared to collect your parcel from the post office.

Please note that many of our couriers take photographic evidence of carding and delivery attempts.
