Delivery policy

Where do we Deliver?
We delivery to UK only at this time.

How long is delivery?

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days. If you have a specific date on which you require your item, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will let you know if we can make the deadline.

Failure to collect from Post office

Please ensure you collect items left at the Post Office. Your Post Office will put a card through your letter box when delivery is attempted. We are not responsible for items not collected. Items returned as not collected will be refunded without the delivery charge.

Tracking your item:

Royal Mail 24 gives a shipping number that is updated when a delivery attempt is made. It will be updated with a Geo tagged map when delivery is attempted.  You can track your parcels at Royal Mail.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail 24 – 1-3 working days (although usually next day). This is our standard delivery method for most UK orders Postage is calulated and combined at checkout.

Orders over £35 will be upgraded to free delivery.
