Delivery Charges We charge a single rate of £1.99 for all orders upto £30 within the UK, with all orders over being FREE DELIVERY. Outside of the UK, postage starts from as little as £2.99. Delivery Times We will always try to deliver your order promptly, most orders are delivered by Royal Mail or City Link and should arrive within 5-7 working days from the date that you place your order. In the rare instance that any part of your order is out of stock, there may be a delay in your order. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of any delays that may effect your order, and offer either a replacement similar product or a refund, which ever is prefered. Hallmarked Silver Some hallmarked silver items may be manufactured to order, this can result in a lead time of several weeks for the product to be produced, especially if the item is hand made. |
