I ordered my cufflinks just prior to the bad weather hitting the UK in December 2010. Despite a short delay in delivery, the cufflinks were delivered on time and were well wrapped for posting. I contacted the helpline number and the staff were able to assure me my items had been despatched and were able to give an estimated date of arrival.
